TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Louisville, KY. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
Pay: $25.50 Per Hour
Route Type: Local shuttle runs between warehouses
Freight / Load Type: 90% warehouse work
Equipment: Shuttling
Handling: Position is 90% warehouse work
CDL A Minimum Requirements:
License: CDL A
Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Endorsements: Hazmat & Tanker NOT required to start, but must be obtained during assignment
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities:
Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
