Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of hands‑on experience as an Algorithm Engineer.
Education: M.Sc. (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field from a top‑tier university.
Outstanding B.Sc. graduates from leading universities are also encouraged to apply!
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in one or more of the following: Motion Planning, Decision Making, Optimization, Reinforcement Learning, Guidance, or LLM Fine‑tuning.
Coding Skills: Proficiency in both Python and C++ (at a code‑review standard).
Bonus Points: Previous experience within a multi‑disciplinary R&D team in robotics or autonomous systems.
