TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Dallas, TX.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details

• 
  

  Schedule: 70 hours per week, 2 weeks out, 3 days home time

  
  
  

• 
  

  Pay: $0.62 Per Mile, goes up depending on experience, Per diem is $35 Per night, Tarp pay is $50 PER tarp, Detention and breakdown are $25 Per Hour, after the first hour and a half

  
  
  

• 
  

  Route Type: OTR to Midwest

  
  
  

• 
  

  Freight / Load Type: Roofing and construction materials

  
  
  

• 
  

  Equipment: New Mack Anthem, Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmissions

  
  
  
• Handling: Tarping and Strapping
  

CDL A Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A
  
• Experience: Recent graduates accepted
  
• Endorsements: None
  
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
  
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  

CDL A Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes

  
  
  

• 
  

  Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

  
  
  

• 
  

  Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping

  
  
  

• 
  

  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

  
  
  

• 
  

  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

  
  
  

• 
  

  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

  
  
  

• 
  

  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
