The Position


We areseeking askilledGeneral Liability Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience ingeneral liability, construction, transportation, and/or catastrophic injurydefense. This role offers meaningful hands-on litigation experience, exposure tohigh-profile national clients, and the ability to take onsubstantial responsibilityfrom day one.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end

  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects

  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions

  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports

  • Assist with discovery requests and responses

  • Draft pretrial motions

  • Efficiently conduct legal research

  • Provide timely case updates and strategic guidance to clients through regular reporting and responsiveness


Qualifications



  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey

  • 3+ years of litigation defense experience required

  • Experience with general liability, construction, transportation, and or catastrophic injury

  • Federal court practice is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required

  • Excellent organization, written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required
