* Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
* Thursdays & Fridays most in-demand
* Option for 24-hour shifts around holidays
* No ENT, pediatrics, or cardiac cases
* Level III Adult Trauma Center
* 15+ anesthetizing locations
* Collaborative MD/CRNA team (3:1 ratio max)

Case Mix
General surgery, endoscopy, ortho, vascular, trauma, spine, and neuro (potential future addition). Practice Details
* Model: Medically directed (team care model)
* Charting: Sunrise (Altera) & MedAxion
* Beds: Approx. 15 ORs
* Support: Anesthesia nurses and techs
* Orientation: Provided on first day
Requirements
* Board Certification: NBCRNA
* Certifications: ACLS required
* License: Active NH license
* Experience: Prior hospital-based anesthesia required
