The Account Manager, Biotissue role is about making an impact on people's health and well‑being every single day. As part of the greater Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team, you will call on OR, acute care and post‑acute facilities to provide key brands Grafix, Stravix and other products for all types of wound injuries on patients.

Responsibilities

Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals applying excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customer relationships

Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+Naphew products

Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups as well as conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision‑makers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting

Proven track record to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings

Strong analytical skills to include pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management; proven success with complex sales process

Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account

Professional training program experience (i.e., Challenger Selling)

All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $80,000 – $110,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets. The commission earned will depend on the candidate's performance in the role.
