A day in the life
Step onto the shop floor with a camera in hand. You’ll storyboard and film bite‑sized onboarding modules, capture "Day in the Life" features that spotlight teammates and their craft, and translate complex HR processes into clear, engaging training videos. In between shoots, you’ll switch gears to design eye‑catching internal flyers, event graphics, and career fair visuals—always keeping our brand sharp and consistent.
Collaboration is core. You’ll partner with marketing teammates and external partners to bring multimedia ideas to life, maintain and refresh forms and training assets, and ensure every deliverable supports our communication and talent goals. Your toolkit? Adobe Creative Cloud—Premiere Pro for edits, Photoshop for image work, and Illustrator for crisp, scalable graphics.

What you’ll do
Produce shop‑floor training videos, onboarding modules, and HR process walk‑throughs.
Create "Day in the Life" content that showcases roles and workplace culture.
Design engagement materials—holiday flyers, internal communications, event graphics.
Support recruitment with career fair content, apprenticeship materials, and internship visuals.
Collaborate with marketing partners to execute multimedia initiatives.
Update and organize forms, training assets, and internal documentation.
Protect and elevate brand standards across all media.
Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce high‑quality visual content.
Qualifications
Education: Current high school student with demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in marketing, or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Skills
Basic grasp of digital marketing: content creation, branding, and audience engagement.
Hands‑on familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Organized and able to juggle multiple projects on deadline.
