PRIMARY PURPOSE Assist in the direction of the instrumental music program.
QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification Bachelor's degree in Music Education or Performance from an accredited college or university
Valid Texas teaching certificate recommended
Special Knowledge/Skills Knowledge of overall operations of an instrumental music program
Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of state, TMEA, and UIL policies governing band
Experience At least five (5) years demonstrating successful teaching in an ensemble setting.
SALARY Teacher Salary + Extra Days
