What You'll Do: Assess participants and develop individualized music therapy plans
Facilitate individual and group music therapy sessions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support participant goals
Document session outcomes and evaluate effectiveness of interventions
Educate staff and families on the benefits of music therapy
What You\'ll Need: Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) with valid MA licensure
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music Therapy is preferred
Experience working with seniors, dementia, or Alzheimer’s populations
Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
