What Youll Do

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, personal hygiene, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand hygiene
  • Help residents feel comfortable and oriented by providing a welcoming, home-like environment
  • Serve meals and assist with food and fluid intake as needed
  • Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team under the direction of the charge nurse
  • Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
