Secretary II (Music Department)
Location: West High School
9-month; 8 hours a day; Monday - Friday
$17.61/hour for 90 workday probationary period; then $19.57/hour

Knowledge of office procedures and duties
Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, staff and parents
Excellent phone and communication skills
Must be proficient in use of computers
Ability to organize, manage time and multi-task
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
Two years' experience in general office/secretarial work
