Redeemer Lutheran Church, White Bear Lake | Part-Time Redeemer is hiring for a Worship Music Leader to lead worship service on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. This position includes planning and rehearsals as scheduled. Work hours are approximately 7 hours every 2 weeks (4 hours on service weeks and 3 hours on non-service weeks).
Salary Range: $35.70 – $50.00 per hour / $6,604 – $9,250 per year.
It is the policy of Redeemer Lutheran Church to provide adequate compensation for service rendered and to ensure equity in basic compensation. Compensation determinations will be made in accordance with the Saint Paul Area Synod Salary and Compensation Guidelines and market factors.
Redeemer is a Reconciling in Christ congregation of the ELCA.
