About the Role
Oversee all day-to-day community operations, including billing, applications, utility readings, and reporting
Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
Enforce community rules and policies fairly and consistently
Ensure compliance with local and state housing regulations
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and vendors
Prioritize and respond to emergencies and urgent situations
Conduct regular property site inspections and address issues proactively
Maintain strong communication with residents, staff, and management
Ensure common areas and grounds meet community standards
Attend regular meetings to provide operational updates to ownership and upper management
About You
Previous experience in property management (MH park experience preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable managing staff, vendors, and resident relations
Able to prioritize effectively and work independently
Available for on-call emergencies as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and property management software
Professional, calm, and solution-oriented in challenging situations
Reliable transportation required
Willing to live on-site and be an active presence in the community
Job Details
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: DOE + housing included (2bd/2ba)
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Day shift
Holidays
On-call (emergency response)
Housing: Must live on-site
License: Valid Driver’s License required
