DC Fabricators (DCF) is seeking a talented Welder to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in Florence, NJ. Shifts may vary depending on company needs.
At DCF, youll be part of a skilled team that delivers high-quality, made-to-spec components where precision, reliability, and customer focus matter. Whether youre driving results in the office or making them happen on the shop floor, youll collaborate across departments to solve problems, support efficient operations, and help ensure every component is completed safely, accurately, and with precision!
Education/Qualifications for the Welder:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience welding in a manufacturing environment.
- Must attain the ability to weld manual, semi-automatic and mechanized welding processes (GTAW and GMAW-Pulsed)
- Welds must pass various NDE criteria such as VT, MT, RT, UT
- Weld qualifications will be VT and RT inspected
- Must attain the ability to use measuring instruments of the trade (scales, tape measure, weld gages, etc.).
- Must be able to work without direct supervision and direct co-workers.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and work inspection packages.
- Must be able to produce products to DCF's quality standards.
- Good communications skills - ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
- US citizenship is required.
