Overview Jobdescription KDSN AM/FM is a local radio station in Denison, Iowa. We do it all for our listeners and our business partners and this is your chance to enjoy a flexible opportunity to help both.
Responsibilities We are currently seeking an energetic, self-starter who doesn’t want to do the same thing every day. Whether you have radio experience or not (experience is definitely a plus) we want to hear from you.
This opportunity will include an established book of sales/marketing contracts which will take up a good part of your day. You will meet with our business partners to help them generate successful marketing campaigns using our on-air and digital resources.
We would also like you to spend a bit of your day on-air and in production helping us meet the needs of our listeners in the seven-county area in western Iowa. The perfect applicant will also have the experience/ability to handle some sports play-by-play to assist the sports director with our AM/FM/video network broadcasts.
Benefits This is a full-time job with benefits, including health insurance match, IRA match, vacation and health club membership.
Compensation Compensation will include salary, commission and talent fees for sports games broadcast.
