Overview Salary Range: $101,000 - $120,000 annually, with additional variable compensation of $20,000.
Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is a leader in digital displays, document security, and software solutions. This position is remote, based in the West/Mid-West Region.
Position Summary Manage and develop Business Development accounts and activities to generate revenue in Managed Print Services and Digital Signage Solutions.
Responsibilities Develop and cultivate MPS and Digital Signage business opportunities across channels.
Lead sales engagements to secure new and existing accounts, achieving revenue targets.
Ensure efficient execution of delivery and engagement processes.
Manage Business Development teams collaborating with Toshiba Dealers, educating on Toshiba services and solutions.
Strengthen marketplace presence through strategic initiatives.
Oversee dealer onboarding, training, and sales development.
Manage Professional Services projects, leveraging Toshiba’s portfolio.
Create and implement tactical plans for revenue growth, including team selling and technical solutions deployment.
Translate technical recommendations into executive presentations.
Manage partnerships with alternative channels and oversee strategic initiatives.
Develop educational programs for partners about Toshiba’s value propositions.
Handle special projects and reporting to track operational performance and recommend actions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in major or national sales, focusing on managed print services or digital signage.
Strong sales, technical, and negotiation skills.
Experience with partners, vendors, and customer relationship management.
Proven success in sales pipeline management and customer relationship development.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
