Houston - Air Export Job at Caliber in Houston

Job Title

Manage end-to-end air export shipments including booking, billing, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Coordinate with clients, carriers, warehouses, and government agencies

Prepare bills of lading, export filings, and shipment quotations

Monitor hazardous materials shipments in accordance with applicable regulations

Proactively resolve client issues and identify process improvements

Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation

Excellent communication, math, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

CargoWise experience preferred
