Introduction



We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team, focusing on providing comprehensive support in the Market Risk space. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user queries, responding to support items, and utilizing various tools for updates and reports. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across regions.



Required Skills & Qualifications




  • 10 years of Production Support experience

  • Python Scripting, strong SQL Knowledge

  • Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge

  • Working knowledge of ITIL, ITRS, DynaTrace, and Splunk

  • Working knowledge of Autosys and Bob jobs



Preferred Skills & Qualifications




  • Financial industry experience

  • Knowledge of Market Risk

  • Agile methodology

  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

  • Operations exposure with Windows OS

  • Working knowledge with Tableau

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent project and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a multi-regional team

  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry


  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2





Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)




  • Respond to and resolve business queries for Market Risk space

  • Manage user query mailbox effectively and ensure timely responses

  • Respond to and resolve feed and batch support items, manage alerts and monitoring

  • Utilize important framework tools such as ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, DynaTrace, and Splunk

  • Incident management, including user notifications and managing escalations

  • Documentation and knowledge management

  • Coordinate resolutions with various development teams

  • Assist with metrics reporting

  • Coordinate and perform Business Continuity testing and related paperwork

  • Organize and run meetings independently for issue resolution

  • Identify scope for automation to reduce manual, repeating tasks
