CNC Operator - 2nd Shift

Summary:The QTI Group is recruiting CNC machine operators on 2nd shift for a well-respected company in Brookfield, WI. Pay is up to $27/hr based on experience and applicable education. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of direct machine set up and operation experience.
Responsibilities:Set up and operate more than one machine at a time
Follow established procedures for machine set up, including select proper grind wheels, bushings, and collets
Install tooling and set up tooling; grind first piece, inspect, adjust as needed
Monitor equipment performance: report problems and requested required maintenance
Qualifications:High School Diploma/Equivalent
Must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and blueprints
Must have above average math skills
