As part of our efforts to expand our New York-based teams, Quanteam North American Inc. is hiring a Business Development Analyst.
Your responsibilities:
Collect and organize information related to business development procedures
Analyze the collected data and develop solutions or methods aimed at improving processes, particularly as part of the expansion strategy;
Develop and implement a marketing strategy or system to attract and retain new customers;
Develop marketing and promotional campaigns, both online and in print;
Contribute to the development of the company's Human Resources department;
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion;
Work with the relevant teams to ensure the smooth operation of new systems or procedures related to business development;
Document the results of the analyses and make recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes;
Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes to procedures.
Your profile:
Required degree: Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, or a related field;
Experience: 1 year (12 months) in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field;
Number of direct reports: None; Travel: Not required; Job type: PERM ; Salary: $130,000 per year; Location: New York, NY 10036

Having always wanted to work internationally, after two years on assignment at Quanteam's Paris office, I shared my desire for a transfer with my manager and was able to join Quanteam North America in New York in 2017. In 2015, I met the Quanteam team at a student career fair at Paris Dauphine, and I immediately had a good feeling about them. I joined the firm as a Trade Support / Front Office specialist and began an assignment with a client in Paris. In 2018, I wanted to make a change in my life and expressed a desire to move abroad. Quanteam was very open to the idea and offered me a transfer to the firm's New York office, as well as an assignment with one of its prestigious clients in the banking sector. The Quanteam North America teams were highly efficient in their support, handling the entire administrative process (green card, etc.), and within three months, I was able to move to the United States.
