What You'll Do as an Assembler:

  • You'll help build the technology that keeps the world connected!
  • Read work orders and blueprints to assemble parts correctly
  • Aligning, connecting, and securing components using tools and fixtures
  • Performing hands-on tasks like crimping, soldering, or screwing parts into place
  • Assembling and mounting electronic hardware and multi-level subassemblies
  • Using machines to shape, wind, or press components
  • Inspecting your work to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Troubleshooting and reporting production issues
  • Performing preventative maintenance on machinery
  • Specialized responsibilities may apply based on assignment (e.g., soldering, labeling, data collection, or system assembly).

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
  • Electrical and Wiring Experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Proficiency with various hand tools and basic mechanical skills.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work with small components, sometimes using a microscope, requiring close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Positive attitude, commitment to quality, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
