Microelectronics Assembler (Split Shift)

Sensitron is looking for a Microelectronics Assembler to perform various mechanical processes on hybrid assemblies and electronic components.



Responsibilities:

  • Performs assembly operations in the manufacturing process of electronic components using a variety of hand tools and equipment.

  • Perform various cleanroom operations, hand or furnace soldering, and mechanical assembly operations.

  • Perform assembly operations using written instructions and associated drawings.

  • Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.

  • Set up work as required, as well as movement of material.

  • Follow work instructions for specific operations.

  • Perform required work steps within specific cycle time.

  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

  • Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines.




Requirements:


  • One to two years' of electronic assembly, familiarity with electronics manufacturing and construction. Microelectronic assembly experience is preferred.

  • One to two years' experience and comfortability using a microscope.

  • Focus and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to quality and protocols.

  • HSD/GED.

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience with using a computer

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good eye to hand coordination

  • Steady hands

  • Ability to work overtime.
