Key Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to foster community interaction

Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and optimise strategies

Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align social media activities with brand objectives

Plan and execute campaigns to promote products, services, or events

Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media management

Assist in managing online reputation and handling public relations issues professionally

Candidate Requirements
