Remote, anywhere located in the contiguous US; Preference to work East Coast hours
Role Overview
As a key member of our Business Development team, you’ll be instrumental in forging new client relationships and nurturing leads
Your expertise will be crucial in managing data, research, and compliance for proposals and contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client satisfaction and innovative marketing solutions
Responsibilities
Initiate and nurture prospect relationships, setting the stage for meaningful collaborations
Skillfully qualify inbound leads to ensure a robust pipeline for the Business Development team
Provide comprehensive administrative support, enhancing sales and marketing efficiency
Collaborate with team members to gather data, maintain records, and generate insightful reports
Manage proposal amendments aligned with client needs and business objectives.
Coordinate with pricing and proposal teams to develop tailored statements of work.
Handle RFI and RFP processes with a keen eye for detail and compliance
Support financial operations by tracking purchase orders and managing invoice processes.
Ensure integrity of Master Service Agreements and Confidential Disclosure Agreements.
Implement strategies to optimize contract turnaround times and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to surpass client expectations.
Execute innovative Marketing tactics in partnership with marketing colleagues
Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support the management and business development
