New position to allow newborn families to get more services.

Job Summary
Under general direction of the supervisor of Nutrition and Food Services Managers, performs newborn photography, preparation and photography for special events and functions, conference room audio visual, and any other additional duties. Responsible for overseeing all photographic documentation and visual communication needs of the healthcare facility. This role involves collaborating with medical staff and ensuring that all visual content meets the highest standards for quality, compliance, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree Photography preferred. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes.

Experience: Experience in a photography role, preferably in a healthcare setting, 2‑3 years preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Expertise in camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Dropbox).

Ability to produce high‑quality images with precision, ensuring all visual content meets medical standards.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and patients.

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality in medical photography.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
