Overview
We’re looking for energetic Digital Photography Associates who love learning and are looking to grow within our company. Key Responsibilities

Operations: Become proficient in all areas of Digi operations including point-of-sale software, processing, printing, sales, and guest relations.

Guest Relations: Assist guests and answer guest questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Sales: Offer guests photo packages and participate in upselling to meet department incentive goals.

Equipment: Use equipment as outlined including cameras, printers, cables, POS systems, structures, and office equipment.

Cash Handling: Operate the ticketing system and follow cash control procedures.

Maintain a Clean Environment: Participate in beginning and end‑of‑day cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, collecting trash, etc.

Other Duties: May be assigned tasks as needed to consistently ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

Effective Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and engagingly.

Enthusiasm: Passionate about caves, education, and discovery and excited to share knowledge with others.

Organized: Manages time and scheduling well and ensures Digital Photography procedures run smoothly.

Charismatic and Positive: Creates a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Team‑Oriented: Willing to work with a team and assist others in their duties.

Punctual: Comes to work on time and ready to work.

Knowledgeable: Willingness to learn existing and new procedures, cross‑train in other departments, and grow within the company.

Essential Functions

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Occasionally move about their designated area to access supplies.

Occasionally ascend/descend ladders.

Ability to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand & exchange accurate information in these situations.

Observe details in close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across park areas for various needs.

Work in outdoor weather conditions.
