As a Studio Program Manager (SPM) for Photography, you’ll work closely with our Studio Services team, reporting to the Manager of Studio Services. You’ll partner with in‑house photographers, art directors, and creative professionals to plan, coordinate, and deliver outstanding imagery for keynotes, product launches, campaigns, and marketing. You’ll be central to the process, ensuring shoots run efficiently, assets are delivered precisely, and every project comes together beautifully. What You Will Be Doing
Lead planning and scheduling for photography projects, from intake and brief to final delivery of assets and coverage of key events.
Coordinate all shoot logistics—locations, talent, props, gear, call sheets, catering, and on‑site support—to ensure a seamless and professional experience. Travel regularly to events, studios, and on‑location shoots, managing details within fast‑paced and time‑sensitive environments.
Partner closely with photography leads and Creative Account Program Managers to prioritize work, balance workloads, and align with campaign and launch timelines.
Track project status, action items, and dependencies, providing clear and timely updates to all partners.
Manage asset flow for still imagery, including file delivery, naming conventions, metadata standards, approvals, and distribution to partner teams.
Collaborate with producers and vendors to estimate, onboard, and lead external photographers, studios, and production partners.
Anticipate risks and obstacles across projects, proposing practical solutions to keep schedules and quality on track.
Contribute to refining and documenting processes and guidelines to build scalable, efficient photography workflows.
What We Need To See
7+ years of proven experience in project management, production, or creative operations, ideally in photography, studio, or agency environment.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple concurrent shoots or creative projects.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for events, shoots, and on‑site production support, sometimes with short notice.
Flexibility to support key events and launches outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent communication skills; clear, professional, and proactive across all channels.
Strong collaboration skills with photographers, producers, creatives, and business partners.
Steady and focused in fast‑paced, changing environments.
Familiarity with studio and live event photography, including lighting, capture, file handling, and color correction, as well as the digital asset management and review tools used in photo workflows, is a plus.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
