Role Summary
We are seeking a Member Flight Specialist to join our Scottsdale team in person or remote. This role is responsible for managing private and executing flight requests from initial quote and aircraft sourcing through trip logistics execution and post-flight follow-up, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end experience. You will work closely with a global network of operators to secure the most suitable aircraft options balancing safety and overall value while delivering a high-touch experience that reflects each member’s unique preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage member flight requests from initial inquiry through trip completion
Source and present best-fit aircraft options based on member needs, market availability, and pricing
Communicate directly with members to understand preferences and deliver a tailored experience
Coordinate all trip details including aircraft & crew availability, catering, ground logistics and any other special request
Maintain a high standard of safety by working with approved operators and adhering to industry best practices
Operates effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining service quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Handle post-trip responsibilities including sending flight ledgers, reconciling trip costs, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date member account balances
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in private aviation, charter brokerage, operations, or a related field
preferred but not required.
Alternatively, strong experience in hospitality or high-touch client service with high-net-worth individuals
Strong understanding of the private charter market is a plus, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients professionally
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure
Strong service mindset with discretion and professionalism
Agile and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation
