Innovative Driven is seeking an Information Services Trainer to join the team at a premier global law firm client!
This is a full-time hybrid position, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Candidates

must

be able to demonstrate training skills during a mock training session
The Information Services Trainer will report to the User Experience and Training Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Information Services training for new hires and staff in a variety of settings: classroom, one-on-one, in-office, departmental meetings, etc.
Develop new courses and training modules
Record and edit training videos
Study, test, document, and prepare to train new applications as they are developed or acquired
Assist the Training Supervisor in scheduling classes
Help to maintain and update the User Support training site
Perform ad hoc Information Services administrative duties
Support the larger User Support team's training and documentation needs
Create and maintain support documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
Two years of professional work in technology support, ideally in the legal industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to effectively review, interpret requirements, and deliver the highest level of training
Strong ability to effectively communicate technical and complex information
Experience with PC application training and web development
Experience creating and writing documentation
Experience with UniversitySite, Articulate, and AI integration
Exceptional customer service and technical skills
