Assembler - Manufacturing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties as directed by Supervisors or Managers


• Work in a safe manner while performing to meet all requirements


• Ability to follow instructions


• Must be willing to work with all team members


• Possess adequate skills to perform various production jobs and willingness to cross-train


• Ability to maintain 5S standards and propose ideas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work safely, follow all safety rules, improve 5S and lead by example


• Ability to read, interpret and follow wiring schematics / diagrams and other documentation to achieve certification in wiring


• Capable of performing wiring operations on all Systems production lines at production rate


• Possess skills for basic troubleshooting of electrical systems


• Must maintain an excellent attendance record
