Job Overview
This role leads corporate communications strategy to support brand priorities and influence key business outcomes for T‑Mobile Advertising Solutions. It provides executive‑level counsel and strategic guidance on communication decisions across the organization that bolster the brand and reputation. The role serves as a primary expert and trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders on communications matters. Success is measured by the effectiveness of communication strategies in advancing the organizational goals and external engagement. The work impacts the organization by shaping public perception and supporting leadership in critical communications initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross‑functional communications projects to deliver innovative and effective messaging solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Regularly engage and strategize with leaders and executives to develop and implement external communications strategies that align with business objectives; serve as a trusted advisor to P&L leaders.
Maintain expertise in communications best practices and industry trends to inform strategy and execution.
Gain a deep understanding of T-Mobile Advertising’s product offerings; translate complex technological concepts for a variety of audiences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key team members, be a trusted and valued partner to the marketing team and collaborate with other communications leaders to help ensure aligned messaging in all areas of communications.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Public Relations or related field (Preferred)
More than 10 years related work experience (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Track record with a fast‑paced organization in a complex industry and multi‑stakeholder environment.
Partner closely with marketing teams; accustomed to working in integrated communications and marketing functions.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and in teams across complex projects with demonstrated success in building relationships, both internally and externally, and delivering effective communications on time in a fast‑paced environment.
Strategic decision‑maker and problem‑solver who can navigate ambiguity and has the critical thinking skills and poise to anticipate future needs and to course‑correct in a shifting environment.
Proven history to create, develop, and implement new ideas and strategies to support business goals. Ability to simplify strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, making decisions with speed and accuracy based on the best available information.
Efficient and organized project management skills with a consistent record of accomplishments, including working on complex projects.
Advanced writing and verbal communications skills: Present data and information with effective language to convey thoughts, projects, and ideas succinctly and clearly into easily digestible points.
Strong discernment with a firm grasp of how communications can drive business outcomes and mitigate reputational risk. P&L ownership an asset.

Base Pay Range
$98,700 - $178,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T‑Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
