The Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you willperform tasks such as calibrating, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshootingproduction equipmentin a high-level cleanroom environment, assisting with inventory management of supplies,as well as fabrication offixtures by utilizing a variety of hand-powered tools,manualmachining equipment.

What You'll Do:
Performs preventative maintenance, conductscalibration,and executes tooling changeovers forproductionequipment inaccordance with requirementsand cleanroom standards.
Utilizes a variety of hand-powered tools, drill presses, and manual mills to fabricate components or fixtures to be utilized in machinery. Assists in SAP equipment profile creation.
Performs wiring and plumbing tasks by utilizing schematics detailing pneumatic and electrical circuits.
Assists in the procurement of spare parts to maintain reliable inventory levels.
Participates in integration of machine components during implementation of equipment.
Diagnosesand troubleshootscleanroom equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Leverages understanding of PLCsto modify existing product profiles in automated machinery as needed per requirements.
Assists in creating and maintaining detailed equipment documentation.
Effectively communicates and collaborates with Maintenance Manager, fellow technicians, and production team to reach departmentgoals. Supports facilities maintenance and manufacturing engineering projects.
Strictly follows cleanroom protocols. This includes the use of specified protective gear and garments designed to maintain clean and controlled work environment conditions.
Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality.
Maintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures.
Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization.
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship
5yearsof experiencein industrial maintenanceor equivalent education/vocationaltraining.
Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent equipment troubleshooting skills.
Understandingof cleanroomassemblyprotocolsandmanufacturing procedures.
Ability to set up and operate manual machining equipment (drill, mill, etc.) to fabricatea variety offixturesand components.
Ability to wire and/or troubleshoot control panels and electrical circuits utilizingschematics.
Ability to plumb and or troubleshoot pneumatic circuits utilizingschematics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.Basic computer and data entry skills.
Basic proficiency with PLCs.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting.
Excellent time-management skills to prioritize projects.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Must be able tolift upto 45poundsat times.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn on the production floor. This includes the use of safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and high-visibility vests.
Adherence to cleanroom attire standards is required (when in cleanroom). This includes the use of specified protective gear and garments (gown, hair and beard nets, shoe coverings, and gloves) designed to maintain a clean and controlled work environment.
This role involves working from elevated heights at times. Use of harness and other protective equipment are required.
This role involves repetitively pinching and grasping hand tools, as well repetitively twisting and bending.

Compensation: $32-$35 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
