Retail Service Specialist - Union GBA

O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.; Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money/deposits, and securing the building.; Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store and returns are processed efficiently.; All other duties as assigned.
