We are seeking a Brand Promotion Specialist to join our team at 5 Pillar Solutions. In this junior‑level role, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies, enhance brand awareness, and generate new sales opportunities while driving growth.

Entry‑level; fully paid training; no past experience required.

Location: Dallas, TX | Salary: $80,000.00-$85,000.00

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our client's brand, interacting with customers and promoting their products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns that boost customer sales.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Generate new sales in retail environments through face‑to‑face customer interactions.
• Attend product knowledge meetings for our clients and communicate this information to customers accurately and effectively.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
