CREATOARS is seeking a commercially driven Sound Promotion Manager to lead the execution of inbound sound-led creator campaigns.
In this role, you will manage incoming campaign enquiries from brands, labels, and agencies looking to promote sounds across platforms such as TikTok and Reels.
From initial brief through to creator selection, negotiation, and content delivery, you will oversee the full lifecycle of sound promotion campaigns — ensuring speed, quality, and strong commercial outcomes.
This is not a cold outreach role. The focus is on converting inbound demand, selecting the right creators for sound adoption, and delivering campaigns that drive usage and reach.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound sound promotion campaign enquiries from brands, music labels, and agencies
Interpret briefs with a focus on sound adoption, virality potential, and platform trends
Curate and recommend creators suited for sound-driven content
Source talent from internal creator database, external partner agencies, and independent creators
Coordinate outreach, availability, and interest from selected creators
Lead negotiations covering creator fees, deliverables, and posting timelines
Oversee the full campaign workflow from brief → talent selection → confirmation → content drafts → final delivery
Qualifications
Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
Experience in music promotion, influencer marketing, or creator campaign management
Strong understanding of sound-driven platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
