A company is looking for an Audio Transcriber/Proofreader.
Key Responsibilities:
Proofread verbatim transcripts by comparing them against audio recordings to ensure accuracy
Resolve discrepancies between the transcript and audio, correcting errors and unclear passages
Verify proper nouns and legal terminology for accuracy and consistency
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Word and/or WordPerfect
Strong command of the English language with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
Keen hearing and attention to detail to identify discrepancies in audio
Research skills to verify proper nouns and legal terms
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
