What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Accurately document care provided
• Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for each resident
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members

What We're Looking For:

• Active Illinois CNA Certification
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused mindset
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting and repositioning residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be eligible to work in a healthcare setting with no abuse-related findings
