
Senior Manager, Deal Design

The Senior Manager, Deal Design serves as a strategic partner to the Sales organization, responsible for structuring, evaluating, and supporting complex commercial agreements across North America. This role ensures disciplined deal execution by guiding Sales on pricing strategy, configuration, and financial alignment, while maintaining governance and consistency across all commercial proposals.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Pricing and Contracting and will be fully remote.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Partner with Sales to develop and execute deal strategies for complex, high-value customer opportunities, ensuring alignment to customer needs and business objectives
Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Service, Finance, Pricing, and Contracts to drive timely and effective deal execution
Coach Sales on development of accurate, complete, and optimized quotes within Oracle CPQ, ensuring alignment to pricing structures and business rules
Partner with Pricing and Finance to support financial analysis and ensure deals align to margin expectations, financial targets, and organizational guidelines
Ensure deal governance and compliance by reviewing deal structures for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standard processes and approval frameworks
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience or master’s degree with 12+ years experience
Strong understanding of complex deal structures, pricing strategies, and financial analysis
Experience working with CPQ systems (Oracle CPQ preferred)
Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory environments
Familiarity with IDN structures and large, multi‑site agreements
Experience supporting customer‑facing financial discussions
This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $185,000. This range may be modified in the future.
The job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
