Description:
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
Lead and develop the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Monitor internal controls and implement improvements to safeguard company assets
Partner with operational leadership to analyze financial performance and support decision-making
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
Manage audits, tax filings, and coordination with external auditors and consultants
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings
Support strategic planning and long-term financial initiatives
Requirements:
5–8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with leadership responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance
Ability to lead and develop a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
