Saint Mary Magdalene School, a vibrant and culturally diverse Prek-K through 8 school, will be expanding its Early Childhood Program for the 2026-27 school. Through this expansion, St. Mary Magdalene Preschool is searching for an inclusive and nurturing Preschool Lead Teacher for the 26-27 school year.
The ideal candidate would be hardworking, collaborative and demonstrate a high degree of self-efficacy, holding themselves accountable for learner outcomes. This candidate will maintain a growth mindset toward student learning, teaching practice, and personal/collective professional development who facilitates problem-solving, with a curious mind and critical thinking skills, showing a high degree of creative application in the implementation of data-driven curriculum and practice. Our Early Childhood Program serves children ages 2.5 to 5 years old.
Requirements:
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Associate/Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood is Required
Previous experience with children preferred but not required
Recent satisfactory FBI and BCI background checks
Must participate in a Virtus Protecting God’s Children training safe environment seminar
