Were looking for a dependable and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients.ResponsibilitiesPrepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocolsAssist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.)Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)Record and update patient information and treatment notes in the practice management softwareProvide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions and ensure they feel comfortable and informedMaintain dental supplies and inventory, placing orders as neededSupport front desk operations when needed, including scheduling and patient check-in/outQualificationsRequired: Dental Assistant certification in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)X-ray certification requiredCurrent CPR certification preferredMinimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)Excellent communication and patient care skillsTeam-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused** Starting Pay is based on experience **** Willing to train the right candidate **
