Wound care
Our ambition is to structure and scale a new business activity — from market exploration to initial commercial validation.
Your Mission
As the project owner, you will transform scientific potential into concrete business opportunities.
You will drive value creation from market insight to product positioning, working in close collaboration with R&D.
Key Responsibilities
Explore and analyze wound care, dermato and hemostasis markets
Identify unmet needs and application opportunities
Define positioning and value propositions
Co‑develop solutions with R&D and external partners
Structure the business model and development roadmap
Initiate and lead industrial and scientific partnerships
Scientific background (Master’s degree or PhD) with a strong interest in business development and marketing
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development / new business in innovative environments
Experience in wound care, dermato‑cosmetics, medical devices or biomaterials
Strong affinity for product development and innovation
Comfortable at the interface between R&D and business
Experience in a large corporate environment is a plus
Soft Skills

Ability to structure and prioritize in uncertain environments
