Location:Villa Rica West Georgia Distribution Center

This role will transition to our new Mega Distribution Center in Waco, GA (est. opening Q4 '26). Until then, the position will be based in Villa Rica, GA.
Job Summary

Drive the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects consistent with and in support of the strategic plan and the business-operating plan. Own the Lean Continuum/cultural change andimprovement initiatives for the site by collaborating with site leadership on strategy and deploymentobjectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects designed to analyze and design sequence of operations and work flows toimprove efficiencies. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
Mobilizing Problem solving teams and supporting groups to streamline processes
Interfacing with other departments to identify improvement opportunities to drive high quality and efficient processes
Facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvements in operations and office areas including effective preparation and follow-up.
Participate on multiple projects and apply continuous improvement techniques leveraging Six Sigma andLean methodologies to solve problems (DMAIC) and build new capabilities.
Be a change agent: challenge organizational leaders to drive continuous improvements; removeorganizational barriers to continuous improvement processes.
Own the Lean Maturity assessments and improvement initiatives for the site. Partner with site leadership onstrategy and deployment objectives.
Lead projects and initiatives from idea generation to strategic execution. Provide strategic insight andevaluation of the organizations progression.
Act as a mentor for the Continuous Improvement leadership, supervisory staff and front line personnel.

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
Field of Expertise: Manufacturing or Business related Continuous Improvement
Preferred Education & Experience

Specialized Degree: Engineering or related Technical Degree
Licenses/Certificates: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
