Job Description
This Coordinator role will support the SVP of Publicity & Integrated Marketing across both publicity and integrated marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on publicity. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. It blends traditional administrative duties with meaningful involvement in campaign execution, offering the opportunity to manage day-to-day logistics while contributing to larger strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in film, television, podcasts, and pop culture, and is excited to contribute to high-impact marketing and publicity campaigns from early conception through release.

Essential Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support

Manage and maintain a complex calendar (meetings, calls, virtual/in‑person events, etc.)

Coordinate meeting logistics (conference rooms, on‑the‑lot passes, Teams/Zoom setup, etc.)

Process and track expenses in a timely and organized manner

Coordinate lunch/meal orders for working lunches or larger partner meetings

Maintain and update Publicity Status reports (tune‑ins, Daily Buzz info, offer info, etc.)

Distribute film assets to press (production notes, images, EPK links, clips, etc.)

Assist with the creation and management of media/integrated decks and specialized slides (internal use, filmmaker meetings, presentations, etc.)

Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels) for executives and press attending junkets, premieres, press tours, set visits, content days, etc.

Media & Press Relations Support

Manage screening logistics, including invitations, RSVP tracking, and post‑screening reaction summaries

Support film premiere execution: press check‑in, RSVP management, premiere placards, and media communications

Assist with junket and press coordination, including outreach, scheduling, confirmations, logistics, and materials distribution

Collaborate with the team on brainstorming initiatives that contribute fun, innovative, and buzzworthy ideas to film campaigns across multiple platforms

Support red carpet management and on‑site troubleshooting at premieres, conventions, and special events

Assist with outreach and pitching to local LA press, podcasts, radio, and other media outlets

Coordinate logistics for talk show, podcast, and special appearances (security lists, scheduling, pre‑interviews)

Attend and staff events (junkets, screenings, premieres, talk shows, talent appearances, etc.)

Proactively research and track relevant media‑including podcasts, television, and digital outlets‑to identify strong promotional opportunities and build/source targeted press contacts

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry

Working knowledge of Microsoft based software: Outlook, Word and Excel

Willingness to work evenings and weekends with short notice and be flexible with hours

Desired Characteristics

Experience working with multiple clients, departments, etc.

Strong written and communication skills at all levels

Flexibility to maintain ever‑changing schedules and itineraries

Detailed oriented and organized

Able to work well under pressure and be flexible in an ever‑changing environment

Additional Requirements
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.

Salary Range
$60,000 - $65,000 hourly paid (not bonus eligible)
