The Forklift Operator is a key member of the Compounding team, responsible for moving, handling, and tracking components within the Compounding area. This role performs all inbound and outbound functions related to the receipt of components, including inventory control, documentation, and quality control.Reports to: Compounding Manager Responsibilities: Follow all safety procedures. Perform outbound functions include selecting, checking, re-containerizing. Inbound functions include receiving, placement and put away of product Process inventory and maximize warehouse space usage, including cycle counts, inventory moves and accountability for all warehouse inventory accuracy.  Maintain Accuracy and productivity standards. Check, verify, load, stock and pull inventory to meet store and customer orders. Unpack incoming shipments from suppliers. Cleans up and disposes boxes, packing material, and pallets, as well as general housekeeping of facility and specific product line areas.  Follows and adheres to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials.  Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with established safety procedures as needed to maintain the warehouse stock. Stocking and restocking bin locations Performing multiple tasks within warehouse environment that could vary daily, weekly, or monthly Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to the direct leader. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in forklift operations in a warehouse or distribution environment or similar. Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures including safety, receiving and shipping procedures and logs and hazard material requirements. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, safety and effectively working with other members of the department, and take instruction. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time Ability to operate equipment MARQ Labs offers a robust benefits suite with most premiums funded by the employer!Equal Opportunity StatementMarq Labs is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
