Studio Production Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Photoshoot Coordinator to help bring our creative productions to life. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations across both photo and video shoots, from early planning stages through on-set execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
Schedule photoshoots and coordinate calendars across talent, crew, and locations
Partner with video and photo teams to organize and maintain production schedules
Coordinate with photo retouchers and freelance creatives
Collaborate with internal teams to support casting and talent coordination
Secure locations, permits, and equipment rentals
Serve as a key point of contact during shoots—proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues in real time
Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams to ensure seamless production execution
Who You Are
2–3 years of experience in media production or a related field
Experience in digital media or branded content is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Clear and effective communicator (written and verbal)
Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
Beauty industry knowledge is a plus
