Regal Rexnord Corporation - - Responsibilities: Lead by example and provide coaching to all associates as needed to ensure all policies and procedures are followed during the shift.; Ensure the work area and associates maintain the appropriate level of 5S and update Daily Management boards regularly.; Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure a safe working environment and retrain associates on safety as needed.; Address quality concerns or defects during the shift and conduct training to raise awareness and resolve issues.; Champion standard work methodology and ensure consistent standard work is followed.
