What You’ll Do Serve as the point person linking customers, engravers, and pressroom teams from quote to press run
Inspect digital proofs and samples for color, layout, dieline fit, and press specifications
Issue setup sheets with cylinder or plate counts, ink call-outs, and machine settings
Order and track cylinders, bases, plates, and other tooling, maintaining an accurate library
Manage change requests, version control, and timelines, updating all stakeholders
Capture run data, assist root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to boost first-pass yield
Visit customer or vendor sites as needed to troubleshoot and strengthen partnerships
Promote safety and 5S best practices across the production floor
Required Qualifications High-school diploma required; degree in Graphic Communications or similar preferred.
3+ years in gravure, flexo, offset, or packaging environments coordinating artwork for production
Proven experience moving jobs between customers, pre-press vendors, and press teams
Strong grasp of color theory, Pantone systems, and proof review
Familiarity with cylinders, plates, dielines, and job tickets
Excellent project-management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, online proofing tools, and ERP/MIS software
