Service Advisor
to join our Land Rover dealership in Scarborough.

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers with professionalism and a friendly approach
Guide customers through service needs, explaining options clearly and confidently
Collect and confirm vehicle information during check-in
Schedule appointments and make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with technicians and the service team for a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
A customer-first mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of automobiles is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus
Service advisor training, customer satisfaction, or quality control experience is a plus
