
Event Production Manager

Summary
The Event Production Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, managing and updating all in-venue creative content packages for the Miami Dolphins, as well as working with all stakeholders to create and maintain content packages for Precision Drive Club, Miami Open and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This role is jointly responsible for ensuring Hard Rock Stadium and related entities are on the forefront of venue based creative design & broadcast functionality.
Location
This is a full‑time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities
Act as assistant producer of in-game and second screen production
Manage the content creation & load‑in for the ROSS Xpression & Tessera systems
Verify, load and test all videoboard content for events
Support gameday operations by assisting staff with content troubleshooting and issue resolution in the control room
Update creative content packages as needed prior to and throughout live productions
Coordinate and manage all sponsor obligated content throughout the campus
Provide direction and management of creative content assets to ensure all files meet brand standards
Collaborate closely with Broadcast Operations and I.T. on production setup throughout events
Assist the primary producer when needed with scripting the run of show and coordinating assets
Serve as the primary live production point of contact for third‑party events at Hard Rock Stadium
Produce select special events broadcasts as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, PR, Graphic Design or substantial experience in creative content and/or the ROSS Xpression & Tessera systems
2+ years’ experience in a control room environment (preferably sports or related entity)
Ability to prioritize, mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem‑solving while maintaining calm under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic company
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
